The purpose of this Gallery is to show the restoration and associated work going on on the Irish Railway from a heritage viewpoint with emphesis on the Irish Traction Group. I would like to encourage anyone with any interest in our railway heritage to come along and join us.

		B103 - BRC&W Sulzer Class 101 (19 images) Only one of Class of 12 left - In need of a lot of restoration effort.
		C231 - Metrovick 201 C Class (2 images) Metrovick C Class C 231 is one of two owned by the I.T.G. Presently waiting its turn to be restored to running order.
		G601 - Deutz G601 Class (16 images) Small 130hp Shunter used by CIE in 50s-70s.
		G611 - Deutz G611 (G) Class (2 images) One of 3 Deutz G 611 Class owned by ITG. G611 is on loan to the Downpatrick and County Down Railway and in use in Downpatrick.
		G616 - Deutz 611 (G) Class (7 images) After 15 years service with CIE sold to Sugar Company and G616 worked in Carlow and later Thurles. Now in Carrick-on-Suir awaiting restoration.
		G617 - Deutz G611 (G) Class (1 images) One of 3 Deutz own by the ITG. On loan to the Downpatrick & County Down Railway and in use at Downpatrick.
		GM124 - General Motors Class 121 (5 images) Now withdrawn due to Flat wheels it may soon be bought by the ITG.
		GM134 - General Motors Class 121 (4 images) 134 has now been sold to another group and will not go to the ITG. It is unlikely to remain operational.
		No.1 Class (DH) (12 images) No longer in Ireland - The ITG owned these locos for some time but No.2 and No.3 have now been sold and have gone to Sri Lanka. No.1 remains in the UK.

		The I.T.G. Base at Carrick-on-Suir Goods Shed. (4 images) The I.T.G. has had the use of the Goods Shed in Carrick-on-Suir since 1992 - Presently 226 and G616 are inside.
